How do I purchase your products?

It’s a simple four step process.

1. Find a library you like and click the “add to cart” button.

2. When the shopping cart appears, you can either click “Continue Shopping” and keep browsing, or you can click on the PayPal button to check out.

3. When you click the PayPal button, you will be directed to the PayPal site, where you can either use a credit/debit card directly or login to your PayPal account.

4. After payment you need to click “Complete Order” and you will be directed to a page containing separate download links for each format the library is available in. You will also receive an e-mail with a receipt and download links. You have six download attempts before the links will expire, but there is no time limit on the links.

However, if you have any problems at all downloading your libraries, contact us here.

I don’t have a PayPal account, how do I pay with a credit/debit card?

When you are directed to the PayPal site, on the left hand side of the page it will say, “Don’t have a PayPal account?”. If you click “continue checkout” below that, it will let you enter you credit/debit card details. Don’t worry though, we never see your card details as PayPal handles the whole transaction.

What payment methods do you accept?

Anything that Paypal accepts, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Do you store credit card information?

No. We never see your credit card information, since the whole transaction is handled by PayPal.

What formats do your libraries come in?

Our libraries are available in Native Instruments Kontakt, Reason Refill and .wav audio format. Our Kontakt libraries are created in Kontakt 4 and our Refills are created in Reason 5 and we cannot guarantee that they will work in older versions.

Why don’t you offer your libraries in other formats, like EXS?

Currently we only offer our libraries in the above formats, simply because those are the formats we use. To keep up with updates on this and other developments, follow us on Twitter @tonemanufacture

What do I do after I’ve downloaded my library?

We use the Winrar format to compress our libraries, as it reduces server space and download time. Once you’ve downloaded the .rar archive file, extract it to wherever you like. If you’re on PC go here to get WinRAR, or if you’re on a Mac go here to get UnRarX.

What are your licensing terms?

Read our license agreement here.

Can I share my license with other people, e.g. other composers in my production company?

We’d really rather you didn’t. We don’t mind you using your copy on more than one computer, but every individual user should have their own license. We don’t use any anti-piracy methods for two reasons. First, to keep costs down so we can provide you with great value libraries, and second, to make it easier for you to get using our libraries as quickly and simply as possible.

Can I get your libraries on physical media?

We are currently completely online based, however in rare cases we can provide our libraries via mail to users with limited internet connections. If this applies to you, contact us here and we will arrange to send you your required libraries on USB flash drive. Due to differing postage situations and availability of media, we will calculate shipping and media charges on a case by case basis.
